LOT 22 GILSTON RD BROADSCALE DEVELOPMENT INVESTIGATIONS

GT Geotechnical was engaged by Sandt Developments to undertake a detailed geotechnical investigation to assist in the development applications for a 300-townhouse development adjacent to My Centre Nerang.

The investigations were to inform civil design of the site. During preliminary investigations it was discovered that parts of the site were flagged in City of Gold Coast Landslide Risk Overlay.

GT Geotechnical carried out the investigations by conducting 30 test pit investigations along with Landslide Risk Assessments and extensive laboratory testing. 

​

The project was turned around well within project timeframes to continue the project along the development application.
